Terry was raised in Carrollton, Georgia and graduated from Georgia State Trooper School in 1982. He served as a Major and Adjutant over special operations for the State of Georgia before retiring in 2003.
Since 2009, Terry has sold real estate on Lake Wedowee and the surrounding area and earned multi-million-dollar producer status. He specializes in Lake Wedowee waterfront properties and Randolph and Clay County residential and acreage, and he loves showing waterfront homes by boat.

Also raised in Carrollton, Georgia, Sherrie earned a degree in Mass Communications from the University of West Georgia in 1984. A background in sales, marketing, and homemaking shapes the way she serves clients today.
Sherrie leads marketing strategy and property exposure for the team. She helps sellers stage their homes to the best advantage and helps new owners with interior design ideas once they settle in. Detail-oriented and genuinely people-loving, she enjoys meeting families and couples alongside Terry at showings.
