- Look at sun direction: sunset views and shade change the experience
- Factor in dock, seawall, and boat-lift condition and costs
- Get to know the cove: wake, traffic, and privacy vary a lot
For sellers
Selling your property
- Stage the waterfront: a clean dock and clear views sell the dream
- Price to the current lake market, we'll pull the local comps
- Professional photography (and drone) makes lakefront shine
- Time your listing to the season buyers are most active
- Small repairs on docks and landscaping pay back at closing
